Amy Ridenour Little is an award-winning nonprofit leader with over 20 years of service in the sector with experience in operations, financial management, and human resources and talent management. She is also a seasoned development professional with more than 12 years of fundraising, fund development, and grant writing experience. Amy has twice been honored by the Idaho Business Review as an honoree for their annual Woman of the Year program, received the 2016 Alpha Gamma Delta Talent of Leadership award and was name to the 2022 Idaho Business Review Power list as one of the most influential business leaders in Idaho. Amy is a graduate of the University of Idaho with a degree in secondary education and earned her Master of Science in Management and Leadership and MBA from Western Governor’s University. Amy currently serves as the CEO of Jannus, Inc. Prior to Jannus, Amy served in a variety of leadership roles including CEO of the Idaho Nonprofit Center, Director of Education Impact with RISE: Treasure Valley’s Education Partnership and the CEO of the Greater Sandpoint Chamber of Commerce.

Moving an incredible 34 times before 5th grade, she developed adaptability and resilience at a young age. With over 20 years of sales and management experience, Sarah's expertise shines through her training company, established in 2018. The focus of Women in Construction (WIC) Week is to highlight women as a viable component of the construction industry. WIC Week also provides an occasion for NAWIC’s thousands of members across the country to raise awareness of the opportunities available for women in the construction industry and to emphasize the growing role of women in the industry. It is also a time for local chapters to give back to their communities.

Greg Sizemore is the vice president of health, safety, environment and workforce development for ABC. Greg is a leader in the construction industry and business community on safety, total human health and workforce development. Prior to joining ABC in 2015, Sizemore worked at Zachry Industrial, where he played an integral role in the formation of Zachry’s competency-based safety, professional and craft workforce development programs. Greg also developed several new initiatives, including a craft university that targeted the construction industry’s critical crafts areas and a competency-based craft advancement and safety program. Prior to his time at Zachry, Sizemore held several management positions at BE&K Construction Co. in Birmingham, Alabama. Sizemore is also a volunteer leader in the safety and workforce development space. He is a past chair of the ABC National Craft Championships Committee and NCCER Workforce Development Committee. Currently, he serves on the Occupational Health and Safety Administration’s Advisory Committee on Construction Safety and Health and the board of directors of NCCER and chairs the Construction Industry Alliance for Suicide Prevention.
