American Foundation for Suicide Prevention’s Talk Saves Lives Presentation

The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention's Talk Saves Lives is a community-based presentation that covers the general scope of suicide, the research on prevention, and what people can do to help save lives. 

Jessica is a native Idahoan, working for the State of Idaho. She attended her first Out of the Darkness Walk in the summer of 2019, after her teenager struggled with their mental health. Three years later, she began volunteering as she battled herown mental health. In 2024, she was certified for the Talk Saves Lives presentation offered by AFSP.
