Pre-Payment Disclaimer for Meeting Meals

We are excited to offer a limited-time option to pre-pay for meeting meals! Here are the details:

1. Eligibility: This pre-payment option is available to members only.

2. Cost & Coverage: The pre-payment is $25 per person, covering the following months: Oct 2025 thru June 2026 and September 2026. The total cost is $250.

   • Note: In March, we may not host a formal meeting due to Women in Construction Week. However, the funds will go toward an event specifically for the individual.

3. Pre-Payment Window:

   • This offer is available now through October 1st. -

   • After this date, the pre-payment option may not be available again until the start of our next fiscal year, October 1.

4. RSVP Requirement:

   • Pre-payment does not automatically RSVP you for meetings. You are still required to RSVP for each meeting to secure your spot. A personalized discount code will be assigned for you to use at checkout

5. No Refunds or Transfers:

   • If you miss a meeting, no credits or refunds will be issued.

   • Pre-paid funds cannot be transferred to another individual or rolled over to future events or meetings.
