Pre-Payment Disclaimer for Meeting Meals

We are excited to offer a limited-time option to pre-pay for meeting meals! Here are the details:

1. Eligibility: This pre-payment option is available to members only.

2. Cost & Coverage: The pre-payment is $25 per person, covering the following months: November 2026 thru June 2027 and September 2027. The total cost is $225.

3. Pre-Payment Window:

   • This offer is available now through November 1st. -

   • After this date, the pre-payment option will be revised once per quarter and adjusted for remaining months.

4. RSVP Requirement:

   • Pre-payment does not automatically RSVP you for meetings. You are still required to RSVP for each meeting to secure your spot. A personalized discount code will be assigned for you to use at checkout

5. No Refunds or Transfers:

   • If you miss a meeting, no credits or refunds will be issued.

   • Pre-paid funds cannot be transferred to another individual or rolled over to future events or meetings.

   • No refunds will be given if a meeting is cancelled. The funds will move to the general fund if a meeting is cancelled.
