The National Association of Women in Construction is an international association that promotes and supports the advancement and employment of women in the construction industry. Founded in Fort Worth, Texas in 1955, the association now servers over 6,000 members in almost 200 chapters across the United States and Canada.
NAWIC is also affiliated with NAWIC-Australia, NAWIC-New Zealand and South African Women in Construction (SAWiC).
